Returns & Refunds
Because every item on Merchmarket.xyz is made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong sizes, or buyer remorse. Please check our size guides carefully before you purchase. All items are produced after an order is placed which helps us reduce waste and keep things creator focused.
❗ Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we will take care of it. Please contact us within seven days of delivery at returns@merchmarket.xyz.

- A short description of what happened
We will review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund if the issue is confirmed.
⏳ Processing time
Refunds or replacements for approved claims are usually processed within five to ten working days. Banks and payment providers may take extra time to show the refund on your statement.
📏 Sizing issues
Every product page includes a full size chart. Since items are produced only after an order is placed, we cannot offer free exchanges for size selection. If you are unsure about the right fit, reach out before you place an order and we can help.
📮 Return address
Returns are not accepted without prior approval. Do not send items back to any print facility or warehouse address that may appear on your package. These locations cannot process returns and your refund may not be completed.
