Shipping policy

All items on Merchmarket.xyz are made to order through our production partners. Many products are produced in New Zealand, while some specialist products are fulfilled by international partners. The production location depends on the product. Every item is created after an order is placed, so delivery times include both production time and transit time.

Merchmarket.xyz is operated by JTWILEY LIMITED, a New Zealand registered company.

Production time

Production time varies by product and production method. Many New Zealand printed items are produced in approximately three to five working days. Embroidery, specialist decoration and products fulfilled by international partners may take longer. Any product specific timing shown on the product page, at checkout or in your order confirmation takes priority.

New Zealand shipping

For products fulfilled through our New Zealand production profile:

  • Orders under $200 NZD: $10 NZD
  • Orders of $200 NZD or more: free shipping

Once production is complete, delivery within New Zealand usually takes one to four working days. Products fulfilled by international partners may have different shipping rates or delivery estimates, which are shown at checkout.

Australia shipping

For products fulfilled through our New Zealand production profile, Australia shipping is based on order value:

  • $0 to $99.99 NZD order value: $23 NZD
  • $100 to $299.99 NZD order value: $34.50 NZD
  • $300 NZD and above: $57.50 NZD

Delivery to Australia usually takes five to fourteen working days once production is completed. Products fulfilled by international partners may have different shipping rates or delivery estimates, which are shown at checkout.

United States shipping

For products fulfilled through our New Zealand production profile, United States shipping is based on order value:

  • $0 to $99.99 NZD order value: $28.75 NZD
  • $100 to $199.99 NZD order value: $40.25 NZD
  • $200 NZD and above: $57.50 NZD

Products fulfilled by international partners may have different shipping rates or delivery estimates, which are shown at checkout.

International shipping

For products fulfilled through our New Zealand production profile, international shipping applies to countries outside New Zealand, Australia and the United States and is based on order value:

  • $0 to $99.99 NZD order value: $34.50 NZD
  • $100 to $199.99 NZD order value: $46 NZD
  • $200 to $299.99 NZD order value: $57.50 NZD
  • $300 NZD and above: $86.25 NZD

International delivery usually takes eight to twenty five working days once production is completed. Products fulfilled by international partners may have different shipping rates or delivery estimates, which are shown at checkout. Delivery times can also be affected by customs processing, local carriers or peak periods.

Tracking and confirmation

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to twenty four hours for tracking information to update where tracking is provided by the carrier.
