Ordering & Products
Simply browse our collections, choose your product, select your size and complete checkout. Every order is made to order just for you and sent into production once payment is confirmed.
Individual products cannot be customised one by one at checkout. If you are a creator, brand, gym or organisation and want your own collection on Merchmarket.xyz, reach out through our contact page and we can help build a full range with you.
Most collections start with premium t shirts and hoodies on AS Colour blanks. Some creators also offer crews, caps, shorts, drink bottles, tote bags and more. The exact products available can vary from collection to collection.
We use premium garments with standard sizing. Size charts are included on each product page so you can check measurements before you order. If you are unsure, we recommend comparing the chart to a tee or hoodie you already own.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship to a range of countries including New Zealand, Australia and selected international locations. Most orders are produced and shipped from New Zealand, with some products fulfilled through trusted global partners where this helps with speed or location.
Because everything is made to order, production usually takes around 5 to 10 working days depending on the collection and supplier. Shipping time is on top of this and varies by region. Most orders arrive within 7 to 21 working days once they have left our production partner. Any delivery estimates shown at checkout are the best guide for your specific order.
Shipping costs depend on where you are and the size of your order. Exact shipping rates are shown at checkout before you confirm your purchase.
Yes. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with tracking details where available. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to start updating.
Returns & Exchanges
Because every item is made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or wrong size selection. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we will repair it, replace it or refund you in line with our Returns and Refunds Policy.
We do not offer exchanges for change of mind or size selection. If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within seven working days at returns@merchmarket.xyz with your order number and photos of the issue and our team will arrange a replacement if your claim is approved.
Please email returns@merchmarket.xyz within seven working days of delivery with your order number, a short description of the problem and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once we have reviewed the claim we will organise a replacement or refund if the issue is confirmed.
Payments & Security
We accept major credit and debit cards along with secure region specific payment options that may be available at checkout. The exact methods you see can vary based on your location.
Yes. All payments are encrypted and processed through our ecommerce platform and trusted payment providers using secure payment gateways. We do not store your full card details on our own servers.
In many regions you will see buy now pay later options at checkout. Availability depends on your location and the payment providers active on your account.
Sustainability & Production
Every product is made to order using professional print and embroidery methods such as direct to film transfers, screen print transfers from Supacolour and embroidery through partners like Embroidery Works. We print mainly on AS Colour blanks which carry certifications such as OEKO TEX, Better Cotton Initiative membership and AMFORI BSCI accreditation.
We only produce items after an order is placed, which means no excess stock and less waste heading to landfill. By using long lasting print methods, quality garments and responsible partners, each piece is built to be worn again and again. On demand production combined with ethical supply chains creates a more mindful way to make merch.
Most orders are printed, finished and packed in Aotearoa New Zealand through our local production partners. For some regions and specific products we also use trusted international fulfilment partners so orders can ship from closer to where customers live and arrive faster.
