🛒 Orders and payments

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
Payment must be made in full at checkout through Shopify Payments, Stripe, or PayPal.
Orders begin processing once payment is confirmed.

📦 Made to order products

Every item on Merchmarket.xyz is made to order. Production begins after an order is placed and paid for.
Production usually takes six to ten working days. This includes artwork checks, approval, stock arrival, printing or embroidery, and packing.
Because items are produced on demand, we cannot accept cancellations once production has started.
All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

🚚 Shipping and delivery

Shipping rates and delivery times vary by region. Full details can be found in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery times include both production time and transit time. All timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak periods or public holidays.
Risk of loss passes to you once the order is delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.
