Returns Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect—we’ll make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, such as:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards. If you're unsure about a specific item, reach out to us.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original, then place a new order once the return is accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order ships to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. Items must be in the same condition—unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging—and include proof of purchase.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary by your bank or credit card provider.
