Merchmarket.xyz is a New Zealand owned platform created by people who love design, community and culture. We help creators, musicians, gyms, charities, fighters, barbershops and movement builders turn identity into product without the pressure of holding stock or paying upfront. We are Justin and Isamu, the founders behind the work. Every item is made with care, checked by real people and backed by local partners we trust.

What we do

We turn ideas into real merchandise. Collections on Merchmarket.xyz are created in partnership with the people behind them. We handle production, shipping and support so creators can focus on their work. No bulk orders. No leftover stock. No waste. Each item is made for the person who buys it.

How made to order works

When someone places an order it goes straight to our production partners. They print or embroider the item, pack it and ship it directly to the customer. Nothing is made before it is ordered. This means no warehouses full of unwanted stock. No dead inventory. No risk for creators or customers. It also means every product is fresh and produced on demand.

Our sustainability focus

On demand production reduces waste and keeps things efficient. We work with premium blanks and trusted print methods that last. There is no mass production and no over ordering. Every item is made with purpose which keeps our environmental footprint much lower than traditional merch models.

New Zealand based production

Production is carried out in Aotearoa through trusted local partners. Orders are printed and shipped from New Zealand so customers know exactly where their items come from. We believe in supporting local suppliers and keeping quality high.
