Returns and exchanges policy

All items on Merchmarket.xyz are made to order. This means they are produced only after a purchase is confirmed which helps us reduce waste and support creators. Because of this made to order process, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, size selection, or buyer remorse. Please check our size guides carefully before placing an order.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will take care of it. Please contact us within seven working days of delivery at returns@merchmarket.xyz.

• Your order number
• Photos of the issue and packaging
• A short description of what happened

We will review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund if the issue is confirmed.

Non returnable items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind or size selection
• Made to order items that are not faulty
• Digital artwork or fonts once downloaded

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within five to ten working days after confirmation. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may take extra time to show the refund on your statement.
