Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Merchmarket.xyz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it to request a return or exchange.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

• Unused and unworn
• In its original packaging
• In the same condition as when you received it

To start a return or exchange, please contact us at returns@merchmarket.xyz with your order number and reason for the request.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at returns@merchmarket.xyz with a photo of the issue. We will guide you through the return or exchange process.

Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a damaged/defective product.
• In these cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

• Fonts or digital artwork once downloaded

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
