Shipping Policy

All items on Merchmarket.xyz are made to order through our production partners in New Zealand. This helps reduce waste and supports creators by producing only what is needed. Every item is created after an order is placed which means delivery times include production time and transit time.

🕒 Production time

Production usually takes six to ten working days. This includes artwork checks, proofing, stock arrival, printing or embroidery, and packing. Orders placed before two PM New Zealand time will begin processing on the same day where possible.

🇳🇿 New Zealand shipping

New Zealand shipping is a flat rate of ten dollars. Once production is complete, delivery within New Zealand usually takes one to four working days. All orders include tracking. You will receive your tracking link by email once your order has shipped.

🇦🇺 Australia shipping

Australia shipping rates are based on the number of items in your order.

  • One to two items: twenty three dollars
  • Three to nine items: thirty four point five zero dollars
  • Ten to twenty items: fifty seven point five zero dollars
  • Twenty one items and above: fifty seven point five zero dollars

Delivery to Australia usually takes five to fourteen working days once production is complete.

🌍 International shipping

International shipping also uses item based tiers. These apply to all countries outside New Zealand and Australia.

  • One to two items: thirty four point five zero dollars
  • Three to nine items: forty nine point five zero dollars
  • Ten to twenty items: ninety five dollars
  • Twenty one items and above: ninety five dollars

International delivery usually takes eight to twenty five working days once production is complete. Delivery times vary between countries and may be affected by customs processing or peak seasons.

📨 Shipping confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships. Please allow up to twenty four hours for tracking information to update.

🌐 Customs and import fees

Some countries may charge customs duties or import taxes when your order arrives. These fees are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. Merchmarket.xyz does not control or cover any international duties or taxes.
