PROJECT SNAPSHOT
Create a merch range that feels unmistakably RLCA and gives fighters, coaches, members and supporters something they can wear beyond the gym.
Build the range around RLCA’s strongest visual marks, keep the product mix wearable, and use different logo families to create variety without losing the academy’s identity.
A broad collection that carries RLCA from training floor to everyday wear, backed by imagery from the gym and a storefront that keeps the community at the centre.
Product-level activity will appear here once the collection has enough sales activity to show a useful demand pattern.
A good merch or uniform system should be easy to launch, easy to reorder and measurable once customers start interacting with it. These signals show that progression without publishing private commercial figures.
Red Line Combat Academy already had a strong identity. The goal was not to overcomplicate it, but to build a merch range that felt true to the gym and easy for the community to get behind.

The collection was built around RLCA’s existing visual marks, with a product mix designed to work for fighters, coaches, members and supporters. Different logo variations created variety across the range while keeping the overall system consistent and recognisable.

The result is a collection that feels grounded in the academy itself. It carries RLCA from training floor to everyday wear and gives the brand a stronger visual presence across product, content and storefront.

The work stays connected to where the identity came from in the first place: the gym, the people and the rounds being put in.
